Where does the 30" h start at....from bottom to the top of what??

The AF Lighting 7901-6H is measured from the very bottom to the top of the actual fixture. The length does not include the extension or down rod that is shown a little bit in the picture.

is this chandelier a good size for a 60" long table. It will be installed into a small dining room. Is it too big for the small room. Ceiling are approx. 8' high.
