100 CFM High Performance Series Bath Fan Only with 3.5 Sones and Snap-In Installation

The High Performance Exhaust Fan Series features an unique Snap-In Installation System. The included bracket nails or screws to the ceiling joist allowing the fan housing to “Snap-In”. Connect the wiring and the ducting, install the easy fitting grill and you are done. A bath fan installation can now be done in minutes. The durable high impact plastic housing ensures quiet operation and maximum performance.

Very Pleased I was a bit concerned that the motor would be too loud for us, but its not at all. Its loud enough to know its on, but not bothersome. We have a 9' ceiling in our small bathroom and this fan works great in there. I'm not use to having an exhaust fan, so I'll not usually think to turn it on before I shower. As usual, the mirror will be fogged up, but one flip of the switch and its cleared off in no time. It quickly clears out all bathroom odors too :) My husband said it wasn't difficult to install. We've only been using it for a couple of weeks now, but so far we're very pleased with this product! November 23, 2010
great fan for the money I looked at several fans before settling on this one. I needed to replace two older fans that were 50cfm units (minimum allowable when built) and were not clearing the steam from the room after a shower. I settled on these based mostly on cost, as the best price on a 100 cfm model. I was pleased with the construction, installation was fairly easy, and they keep the room clear enough during a shower that the mirrors don't fog. They are slightly quiter then the 50 cfm units I replaced, but not as quiet as the Nutone unit (at twice the cost) For the savings, I was willing to sacrifice a bit on the noise level. All in all, I am pleased with this fan! August 23, 2009

does this assembly have the fan itself that is removable. So I can just replace the fan not the housing?

The Air King BFQ110 does have the removable fan so you can replace that part only if needed without removing the housing.
