5000 Collection 5000 Exec UV 10W HEPA and Carbon Air Cleaner with 18 lb Deep Bed Carbon Filter and UV Sterilization
The 5000 Exec UV is AllerAir's most popular general purpose air purifier. This unit treats all the various types of pollutants which contribute to poor indoor air quality. It features 18 lbs. of activated carbon to adsorb chemicals, gases and odors and a medical-grade HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of all airborne particles down to 0.3 microns.
For additional protection against bacteria and airborne pathogens, Use the 5000 Exec UV. The 5000 Exec UV has 5 filtration levels, a dust filter, a chemical and odor filter, a HEPA filter, an anti-microbial filter and a UV light.
What differentiates the 5000 Series air cleaner from other units on the market is its advanced design, and especially the quality and quantity of its activated carbon. Activated carbon is the only safe, cost-effective way to trap noxious gases and odors. Activated carbon has been treated with oxygen to open up millions of tiny pores between the carbon atoms. The tiny pores provide an enormous surface area to trap chemicals, which are attracted to the activated carbon. Unlike the 5000 Series, many other air purifiers offer mere ounces of carbon, or carbon-treated filters that simply can’t efficiently adsorb the dangerous airborne toxins. For chemicals, gases and odors—carbon is key.
The AllerAir Difference
AllerAir is proud to offer air purifiers that feature the deepest carbon beds on the market, made up of actual granular pieces of carbon, not crushed carbon. The lifespan of their carbon is far greater than many competitors, and has an unparalleled absorption capacity. AllerAir units have metal housing, not plastic ones, and are designed with powder-coated paint, preventing any off gassing. Their carbon filters are also lined with two additional pre-filters, providing increased filtration, and extending the performance of the HEPA filter. The carbon canisters are also refillable, making AllerAir units some of the most environmentally friendly and cost effective units on the market.

Established in 1996, AllerAir Industries has the heart of a family business, with the mindset of a fortune 500 competitor. When a close family member was diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), President Sam Teitelbaum set out to research and develop an air purifier that would provide safe and effective relief. Along with partner, Wayne Martin, this initiative quickly established AllerAir in the industry. Now with offices in the U.S. and Canada, a committed team of employees and Indoor Air Quality Experts, AllerAir has become a prominent leader with units used in residential, business, and commercial applications alike. Institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, Boeing Aircraft and the U.S. Army are just some of their higher profile customers.
