Could this sink be partially sunk into the countertop?

A. The American Standard 0960.000 could possible be partially sunk into countertop but according to the install sheet should be installed above the counter.

Is the drain assembly available in any other finish (brushed ss0?

A. The American Standard 0960.000 comes with a chrome grid drain only.

can this sink accept a pop-up drain?

A. The American Standard 0960.000 should be able to accept a popup drain. Make sure it is WITH overflow.

Since the drain is not visible in the product picture, I am not sure how one might plug this sink so that it might be filled. In addition, if we want the pop-up controllable drain, what compatible hardware would you recommend?

A. You will want to purchase a pop up drain for vessel sinks such as the Kraus PU-10, the Decolav 9298, or the Danze D495082.

I'm purchasing the Kohler 754 faucet to use with this sink and need to know what model # is best for the pop up drain assembly with overflow?

A. The American Standard 0960.000 comes with a chrome grid drain. Depending on what finish your faucet is going to be will help decide what faucet to get. The K-7124-A might be a good choice.
