Lifetime Warranty: As an American company, American Standard faucets are built tough. Their products live longer in one place than most people do. Drip-free ceramic disc valves, high-grade lead-free brass alloys, and stainless steel drain cables name just a few of the features which make American Standard bathroom faucets the industry’s longest lasting. To back this up, all American Standard faucets are covered under a lifetime warranty.
Indestructible Finishes: Through employing only the best finishing practices, such as physical vapor deposition, American Standard faucet finishes are some of the strongest in the industry. When the finish is actually incorporated into the faucet, rather than a coating on the outside, the result is a flawless appearance that eliminates tarnishing, pitting, and peeling while hiding scratches. For this reason, American Standard faucet finishes are fully covered under the lifetime warranty.

Great Customer ServiceI received this item in less than a week. Great customer service. I got new counters, sink and appliances installed. I replaced an older American Standard faucet which I liked, and which was in my kitchen when I bought the house. I chose this low profile faucet because it is in front of a window, and I did not want the faucet to be higher than the window sill. The stainless steel finish looks great with my sink. I like that the spray function button is on the top of the faucet head rather than a smaller button under rubber on the faucet arm. It looks nicer, is easier to turn on and stays on until you turn off the faucet. If you like the type of faucet where you can turn off the sprayer while the water is still running, this is not the one for you.

Not durableNice finish and function when brand new. The limited range of swivel was annoying. After about 18 months, the sprayer would no longer lock on spray. Over the next year, soap film build-up in the socket for the spray head made it difficult to seat, and it is almost impossible to clean. Corrosion around the base of the swivel became so severe that it would hardly move its original pitiful 90 degrees. This is not competitive in todays market. Sent back for "lifetime warranty"--waiting for response.

Mechanically this faucet works very well. It extends a good distance into the sink and the sprayer is easy to use. The photos of the faucet on this site were pretty accurate but could be improved. The faucet has kind of a "light" feel to it which makes it easy to pull out but I hope it proves to be durable.

Color Did Not MatchI gave this faucet an excellent rating even though I didn't keep it. It is a fantastic faucet, however, the color is not what I expected. I ordered an Oil Rubbed Bronze, but is is more a light copper color. It didn't match the rest of the kitchen decor, so I returned it. The faucet is excellent quality and I wish it would have matched.

Installed, and it works Ok.I have the oil rubbed bronze color. It looks very nice. The description says it should rotate 360 degrees, but this one just goes back and forth from left and right about 180 degrees. To finish the installation I had to go out and purchase extra tubing for the water line to reach the connection; that piece cost $10.
The faucet makes me happy right now because its new and is working. I hope it doesn't fail in some way over time, with built in obsolescence. I chose this faucet because I felt that American Standard was a known brand, and the description presented the features as desired qualities.
I do not have a photo to add showing my kitchen sink.

A Perfect FitRenovating a small but quaint country cottage, we wanted a faucet that could do everything within a space-challenged area, and this faucet is just the ticket, not just for its functionality but also for its charming good looks! It looks even better "in person". After becoming virtually dizzy foraging through all the choices at FaucetDirect.com, this faucet stood out, and we are very pleased with the product and the turbo-delivery we received.
