lasted 6 months doesn't work after 6 months. I bought this one because I thought the high price indicated a quality product...If you can't get parts like mentioned in the other review then this was a real bad choice. September 30, 2010
NOT RECOMMENDED - LASTED ONLY FOUR YEARS The American Standard 4503.115 (Accessory): Soap Dispenser Deck Mounted is a nice unit but the pump started getting clogged up after about two years. We soaked it and tried to clean it, but after four years, it is totally nonfunctional. American standard does not make the plastic inner pump part available which would be a $20-30 replacement part. You have to buy entire head / pump apparatus which is $67. The entire fixture costs $55. Not only do you create lots of waste for the landfill, you have to replace your expensive soap dispensor every 2-4 years. July 15, 2008
