Product Technologies:

  • Lifetime Warranty: As an American company, American Standard faucets are built tough. Their products live longer in one place than most people do. Drip-free ceramic disc valves, high-grade lead-free brass alloys, and stainless steel drain cables name just a few of the features which make American Standard bathroom faucets the industry’s longest lasting. To back this up, all American Standard faucets are covered under a lifetime warranty.
  • Indestructible Finishes: Through employing only the best finishing practices, such as physical vapor deposition, American Standard faucet finishes are some of the strongest in the industry. When the finish is actually incorporated into the faucet, rather than a coating on the outside, the result is a flawless appearance that eliminates tarnishing, pitting, and peeling while hiding scratches. For this reason, American Standard faucet finishes are fully covered under the lifetime warranty.
  • Speed Connect System: Assembling, connecting, and adjusting the pop-up drain within the tight space of a vanity cabinet is undeniably the most difficult task when installing a bathroom faucet. Not so with American Standard, though. Each bathroom faucet is supplied with their patented Speed Connect Drains, which simply plug into the faucet and drain. No wrenches, special tools or plumber’s putty are needed. You also won’t need to apply torque to seal the drain or to fuss with the lift rod height. With Speed Connect Drains, bathroom faucet installs take minutes, not hours.
  • Water Conscious: As the 2012 EPA WaterSense partner of the year, American Standard faucets are acclaimed for saving water without sacrificing performance. Through the use of the latest pressure compensating aerators, American Standard faucets save 32% more water than other brands/models. This means that their faucets pay for themselves throughout the life of their use. They also splash less, too.

American Standard 7038.201 Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought this faucet 4-5 years ago to replace original house build ones.  It ended up on all 3 bathrooms.  This faucet, for me, was easy to install.  The handles turn extremely smooth and water does not leak at all. Cleaning is an ease with this one.  There are no crevices to clean through due to the smooth construction.   The only complaint that I have is for my bathroom sinks the stopper was difficult to install because of the length needed underneath the sink.  lifting the stopper lever to close the drain sometimes is trivial.  Otherwise I love it.  It has done very well over the years and still has its shine and operation.  I cannot complain about it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from quality was most important to me Here it is in a nutshell, the product is still made better, than any, any of the other brands we have tried. My hats off to American Standard, for still providing the consumer out here with a well made product. Don't stop doing this, please. Sincerely, The Hudsons

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sharp looking faucet I have three of these faucets in my house, one in the powder room and two in my master bath. Installed them a little over 2 years ago (all by myself I'd like to add - super easy and quick) and they look and function as great as they did the first day! Thanks again American Standard!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice, smooth, tall bathroom faucet This faucet is particularly nice if you hate bending over a bathroom sink, or want to be able to rinse your hands well without bumping into the sink. It's taller and sticks out into the space above the sink more than most, which is the main thing that attracted me to the faucet. I also like separate cold and hot handles because I usually run one at a time, depending on purpose. I keep my hot water cool enough to use straight, and don't like drawing hot water just to rinse my hands. Too energy wasteful. I also like American Standard's ceramic valves. Very smooth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable Faucet, no regrets this faucet is in the main hall bathroom. Its the most used faucet next to the kitchen sink. I have had not problems with the faucet. [...] Good heavy faucet, nice design, easy installation.
