There are no grab bars on this tub although you can purchase them separately.

can an apron be put on this tub?

The American Standard 7236V.002 can be used with the 9271.019 apron. You would also require the tile bead kit(9327.014), and adhesive tape (9327.014).

How deep is this unit?

The depth of the American Standard 7236V.002 is 36".

Is this model (7236V.002) just a plain tub with no air flow?

The American Standard 7236V.002 is just a plain bathing ( soaking) tub. There is no air flow.

Its tile edge available ? Can it be Tile?

The American Standard 7236V.002 needs the tile bead 751755-100.

Is the Evolution series 7236V.002 soaking tub available with a built in tile flange for alcove installation?

The necessary apron(9271.019),tile bead kit(9327.014), and adhesive tape (9327.014) must be purchase separately to convert this tub.

Can I tile this unit?

The American Standard 7236V.002 is meant to be dropped in to a deck, and the deck can be tiled. The unit itself is not recommended for tile.

Can you supply the degree of angle of the back rest on the Evolution series 7236V.002 soaking tub? Also, by "drop in", does this mean onto a smooth surface like waterproof board, granite, etc.?

The American Standard 7236V.002 has a 33 degree angle for the back rest. Drop in means that it sits on a solid surface.

Is tiling bead available for this unit?

The American Standard 7236V.002 needs to have the 751755-100 added to it, that is the tile bead.

How deep is this tub? I am tall & like to have a high water level when soaking.
