Product Technologies:

  • Lifetime Warranty: As an American company, American Standard faucets are built tough. Their products live longer in one place than most people do. Drip-free ceramic disc valves, high-grade lead-free brass alloys, and stainless steel drain cables name just a few of the features which make American Standard bathroom faucets the industry’s longest lasting. To back this up, all American Standard faucets are covered under a lifetime warranty.
  • Indestructible Finishes: Through employing only the best finishing practices, such as physical vapor deposition, American Standard faucet finishes are some of the strongest in the industry. When the finish is actually incorporated into the faucet, rather than a coating on the outside, the result is a flawless appearance that eliminates tarnishing, pitting, and peeling while hiding scratches. For this reason, American Standard faucet finishes are fully covered under the lifetime warranty.
  • Speed Connect System: Assembling, connecting, and adjusting the pop-up drain within the tight space of a vanity cabinet is undeniably the most difficult task when installing a bathroom faucet. Not so with American Standard, though. Each bathroom faucet is supplied with their patented Speed Connect Drains, which simply plug into the faucet and drain. No wrenches, special tools or plumber’s putty are needed. You also won’t need to apply torque to seal the drain or to fuss with the lift rod height. With Speed Connect Drains, bathroom faucet installs take minutes, not hours.
  • Water Conscious: As the 2012 EPA WaterSense partner of the year, American Standard faucets are acclaimed for saving water without sacrificing performance. Through the use of the latest pressure compensating aerators, American Standard faucets save 32% more water than other brands/models. This means that their faucets pay for themselves throughout the life of their use. They also splash less, too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These faucets were perfect for our house bathrooms. They were easy to install and work great! Not only we got a great price at e-faucets and I would order again for one more restroom. I would like to thank service department for replacement parts. They were consumer friendly and fast delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big problems We bought two of these in blackened bronze for jack-n-jill baths. Within a few weeks one of them started having a constant stream of water that would not shut off. We contacted the company and were sent I belive a replacement cartridge. Now, a couple of months later, the other one is doing the same thing! On top of that, I hate the finish. The blackend bronze spots very easily, and is difficult to clean. You cannot just wipe down with water as the instructions say. I am very disappointed with the quality and finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Installed 3 years ago & it's flawless Installed this porcelin cross handle Hampton model a little more than 3 years ago and other than the usual weekly damp wiping fit and finish are problem free. The washerless ceramic cartridge design is a joy as I was previously replacing the neoprene washers yearly due to this being a high useage family bathroom. Parts availability was another reason American Standard was the right choice. Replacment parts readily available but be aware porcelin handles are NOT covered by American Standard lifetime warranty and are quite expensive

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Classic design with new technologie This item has been replaced 13 years old same faucet. Old ones has no trouble but clear coat peeled off and many detail worn off. New one looks similler but different finish method (no clear coating) and using many plastic parts. Instlation and smoothness has been better than old model.
