Can this sink be installed offset to the right?

The American Standard CMA8434 is not available with an offset option.

Can you get a side backsplash and a slab to match?

The American Standard CMA8434 does not offer a side splash to match.

Do all vanity tops in the cma8434 43" x 22" come with installed bowls

The American Standard Astra-Lav Collection all have sinks built in.

Can we get the counter top without a backsplash?

The American Standard CMA8434 is only available with the back splash, can not be ordered without it.

Can the Sand Granite vanity top come with a white bowl?

The American Standard CMA8434 can come with a white bowl. Once the item is displayed on the product page you have the option of selection the finish of your choice. Please let us know if you have other questions.
