Basin Split

Basin Split

Choose the Basin size ratio that you wish to have here.

  • A standard split of 50 / 50 is useful for hand washing dishes. This gives you the option of having a dedicated sides for dirty and clean dishes.

  • A large split, such as 80 / 20, gives you a open area to clean large pots and pans. This leaves the smaller area to hold knives and other cooking utensils.

Sink Gauge
X

Sink Guage

Sink Gauge refers to the thickness of the steel used in stainless steel kitchen sinks. The higher the gauge, the thinner the steel. As a rule of thumb, 20 gauge would be considered thin, while 16 gauge would be considered thick. The thicker the steel, the more durable your sink will be. Thicker gauge sinks also offer a "sound" that is notably different from that of thinner gauge sinks. The noise produced when dishes bump the sides is a lower octave tone; less tin-like. They do tend to cost more, but as with anything, you get what you pay for.
