Is there a ceiling mount showerhead that coordinates with the Green Tea collection?

The American Standard T010.500 shower head part number M950204-0020A can be used as a ceiling mount rain shower can. You just need to mount it from the ceiling.

Does this include a mixing valve?

The American Standard T010.500 does not include the rough in valve. This trim is to be used with R120, R125, and R127 Series Valves
