do you have a stem extention for this handle i bought a repo house and it has this handle but i i need two more and the one i have has an extention

The American Standard has informed me that the T064.700 does not have a stem extention available.

Can this trim be used with valve R510?

The American Standard T064.700 trim is only compatible with rough in valves R701 and R711.

To configure a shower with fixed shower arm and head plus hand held shower, will American Standard T064.700 (with valve R701) and American Standard T064.430 (with diverter R420) be sufficient?

The American Standard T064.700 is sufficient for the handheld shower only.
