The Baldwin 4045 is a Baseboard Stop Door Stop. We can order them for you from Baldwin if they have the parts available for sale, but it might be something that they send out directly. I would try them first.
The Baldwin 4045 has a 3" projection from the wall and is meant to be attached to the baseboard of the wall. If you attach it to the baseboard near where the door would usually hit the wall it will hold the door away from the wall 3".
