Is this lock set reversible or do you have to designate right hand or left hand?

The Baldwin 5415.PRIV is not a handed knob so it will work for either application.

The picture does not show the lock "button" is it a "push in" or turn button? Does is come in a passthru as well?

This item has a turn button to lock from the interior. The coordinating passage knob is item 5415.pass
