how long is the warranty

The Baldwin has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on both finish and mechanical operation.

Can this set be ordered with the interior finish in polished chrome and the exterior in lifetime polished brass?

Yes, it would be a special order as a split finish, and would have a 4-5 week lead time for shipping.

Can Baldwin 85315 Entr Single Cylinder Handleset be used on a 2 inch thick door?

The Baldwin 85315.ENTR is only for 1-3/4" thick doors.

Can this handleset come with the colonial style knob?

The Baldwin 85315.ENTR is only offered with the wave, classic, or with the egg knob.

How do you remove the inside knob without scratching it, as i want to try to fix the outside door knob, as the "thumb lever" is apparently disconnected from the inside mechanism(s), as it "wiggles" freely; please respond ASAP
