Single Handle 6-1/4" Solid Brass Water Dispenser with Trim 4 5 1 1

Good purchase, with one issue Nice product. Worked as expected with one issue. When depressing the arm and releasing, the arm is spring loaded and will automatically move back to the closed position. However, on a few occasions, the arm doesn't completely shut off the water. I sometimes have to manully move the arm to the closed position in order to shut the water off. The problem doesn't happen often enough so it doesn't really bother me. May 13, 2011

Will this work with a 1/2" diameter hole in the sink?

The Brasstech 105B requires a minimum hole size of 1/2" To a maximum hole size of 1-1/2". So a 1/2" hole will work.

Is the Brasstech 105b compatible w/ the aquasana filtration system? Also does it have a ceramic valve?

The Brasstech 105B is compatible with that system as long as it is not reverse Osmosis. Also it does have a valve stem cartridge instead on a ceramic disc.

Is this compatible with Amway E-85 water filter system?

The multiple finishes for this product - do they all have the black plastic trim (lever, tip, base)?

The Brasstech 105B does come with the black trim on all finishes.

Is the stem a 3/8" fitting?

The Brasstech 105B has a 1/2" fitting.

Is there a Brassteck-type faucet for cold water dispenser in completely white? According to your info the white one comes with black trim...ugly. I need a replacement for a completely white one.

The 106C, 107C, 108C all come in solid white.

Is this faucet suitable for reverse osmosis water filters and what does air gap base mean ? I am repalcing a reverse osmossis faucet with a new one to match my new oli rubbed bronze kitchen faucet and this is the only thing I can find that matches, will this work with an existing water filter system?

No the 105b is not really suited for a reverse osmosis system. I would more recommend model 106c, 107c or 107xc. With Brasstech/Newport Brass, for these to function as reverse osmosis you must order the air gap model 6-028. The 105b would work with a filter system that is not reverse osmosis.

What color matches my Kohler K-10433 brushed bronze kitchen faucet? (satin brass or satin bronze)

The closest match would be Satin Bronze, however no two brands' finishes are going to be the same and there is not garuntee that they will match. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

What is the length of the nipple stem that goes thru the sink and what size is the thread that connects to the water supply?

The Brasstech 105B is 2 3/16" stem and the water supply is 1/4"

will this faucet stay on if you are not holding lever down, or do you always have to be pressing it to get water?

The Brasstech 105B is just a water dispenser so you do have to hold down the handle for a continuous flow. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

The Culligan FCT-1 Lead-Free Replacement Faucet may work better for you.

I have a GE water filter system, will this work with that

The Brasstech 105B can be used with your filter.

The details say this requires a 1/2"-1 1/2" hole. Does this mean that a 1/2" hole in the sink will suffice or does it mean that we might need a hole as big as 1 1/2"? (

The Brasstech 105B will work with a pre-existing hole up to 1.5" in diamater and as little as a .5".

Will the Brasstech 105 work with a Hydro Life filter model HL-170? We have a Everest 5th wheel by Keystone.

The Brasstech 105B should be compatible with that filter type.

Does the handle allow for continuous flow with out being held down? If I want to fill a jug will the water flow with out holding the handle?

Brasstech says there is no locking function, you must hold the lever down for the water to fill.
