Talo Pullout Spray High-Arc Kitchen Faucet with SmartTouch Technology
Buy Something Else
Had this faucet professionally installed when my new house was built. From day one the Smart Touch was erratic at best. Finally got frustrated and disconnected battery to disable touch feature.Few months later water flow was low. First blamed my water company but then realized it was only this faucet. Called plumber. He says diverter valve was bad. Called Brizo (not very helpful, typical customer service clown that reads from a script and can't think outside that box) and after long time on phone got them to send replacement diverter valve. Installed valve (very easy) still have same problem! Now they say it is the solenoid. Going to send a solenoid in 7-10 BUSINESS days - so two more weeks without kitchen sink. I am not hopeful that this will solve my problem. Brizo refused honor warranty and send a whole new faucet. DO NOT - DO NOT buy this Brizo product. Too many other options available to have to waste your time with this company.

Looks great but gives lukewarm water only
Bought 2 of these for main kitchen and prep sinks in my new home, and neither one provides hot water when on full hot. Only lukewarm. Separate valve to dishwasher provides very hot water, as do the other sinks in the house (bar, baths, etc - with Kohler faucets) so I think it is the Brizo faucet. Probably some stupid 'anti-scald' feature -- but I have a brain and can turn down the hot water down if it gets too hot! I want to wash my dishes/pots/pans in hot water!! Wish I had gone with Kohler or Grohe....

Glad I went with the touch version
What a perfect faucet! We went back and forth on whether to save a few bucks and not get the touch version, and in the end we figured we might as well go all in. After a day of using it, its become so natural to just touch or bump the faucet with our hand to turn it on/off, especially if you got a bunch of stuff in your hand or your hands are filthy. Super convenient. Looks-wise, the faucet is beautiful. Its a big faucet, so it may look too overpowering on a small sink. We got a big double bowl sink installed so its perfectly proportioned. Everything moves smoothly, the pull-down sprayer works nicely and is magnetized to the faucet so it fits in securely when its retracted. This was a lot of money to spend on a faucet, but its a sturdy, very solid, and seemingly well-built product. If it breaks or gets loose in the next few years, I'll be coming back and updating this review.

Low Flow, Not Hot
This faucet has very low flow and can not get hot water, very warm at best. I think its a flawed design. I was made to look pretty but functions poor all around!

What a great convenience!
This faucet looks great and works even better! We did not install it ourself, but once installed it works exactly as promised. Highly recommend

Get good installer.
If you have a 2011 or earlier Talo, contact Brizo if you have problems. They changed the design shortly after of the valve/solenoid unit which controls flow, so less easy to make mistake. It is slighly more complicated than a regular faucet to install, wires and contacts have to be right or you will get intermittant failures. I have two touch technology Brizo faucets. One 2011, and the other 2012. Second one no problem, works like a charm. First one worked right at first then problems. But I DO NOT think it is the faucet. I think it is the installation. Installer didn't seem to think certain things were important, like assuring wire 1 and wire 3 were routed out of different sides of the assembly and did not touch.
Desperate to get it fixed, because I love the touch on/off so much. The one which works that I have is brilliant. Really fast response, sub-second response.
