Broan 15 ESS Toe/kick plate I recommend getting the toe/kick plate. Covers the hole and then you don't need to attach to base cabinet. Can be used free standing.15ESS Tips if not atached to cabiney base without it. Item was missing from first combined order shipment, corrected when contacted by email. May 16, 2011

Satisfied, but it took awhile The first time I ordered this part from VentingDirect, it arrived soon enough, but one of the brackets for the foot was unattached. The welding, or whatever attached to brace, never happened. Additionally, the tabs didn't quite align with the compactor. I was going to have to wrestle with it, without a doubt. I thought about trying to glue the foot bracket into place (because I do not have a welding torch), and decided that wouldn't really hold up. I thought about complaining and demanding a replacement, but the part wasn't terribly expensive to begin with. How much trouble did I really want to put myself through by sending the part back, explaining the problem etc.? It was a manufacturing defect, not something VentingDirect did wrong. So, I ordered the part again, and this time it arrived in perfect condition. I've installed it and it works great. So, beware. The price isn't bad unless you have to pay for it twice. Not quite the great deal that I first thought. I wouldn't hesitate from buying from VentingDirect again. Their service and delivery was great. Your tolerance for a defective part might well be less than mine. April 23, 2011
