is it suitable for occasional use in an outhouse/outdoor?

If I don't wish to use my Broan heater any longer, can I put a 65 watt standard flood bulb in the fixture and simply use it as an additional light?

A. The Broan 161 uses a Br40 bulb base, which is different than standard bulbs. You have to keep it as a heater.
