What square footage will it heat quickly and efficiently?
A. The Broan 178 is designed to supply 6827 BTU's per hour, if you live in a warm climate you need about 30-35 BTU's per square foot, if you live a very cold climate you would need anywhere from 50-55 BTU's per square foot. So this will heat about 170 square feet efficiently in a normal climate.
