Is a dehumidistat available with this fan?

A. The recommended dehumidistat for the Broan 358 is the Broan DH100W.

Do you have to purchase the control switch for this product?

A. The Broan 358 Roof Mounted Powered Attic Ventilator does not require the control switch to work. The wall switch is an optional product which would allow you to set a time period for the fan to run or keep it running all the time.

A. The Broan 358 model has a Thermally protected, permanently lubricated 120 volt motor, 4.3 amps, 1050 RPM, 1200 CFM, attic max. sq. ft. 1715, and min inlet area of 4.0sq.ft.
