Can this be used with a Broan 57V switch?

The Broan 510 cannot be used with the 57V.

Is this unit rated for exterior installation? I need to vent a screened patio through a gable wall to the outside?

The Broan 510 is rated for indoor/outdoor use.

Could this unit be installed in a minus 25 degrees climate?

The Broan 510 is a through the wall fan, intended for residential use. If it is being installed indoors and the outdoor temp is -25, it will work.

Does this unit come with a plug or is it only hard wired installation

This unit would be a hard wire install.

Can the direction of the fan be reversed?

The Broan 510 does not have a reverse function.

can this unit be ceiling mounted from a drop ceiling
