Bath Fan Only, 50 CFM, 4.0 Sones
Replaced an older fan of the same size and type.
I bought two fans to replace the others that were about 10 years old. This fan was the same size and configured like the other fans and it went right in the same place. I shopped around and found Build.com to have the best pricing so I ordered them. I am very satisfied with the service from Build.com and will check back again in the future before my next purchase. Thanks.

Our old exhaust fan was making a lot of noise.. found the exact replacement through Build.com. Acturally, all I had to do was take out the fan and motor from the new unit and snap it in place of the old and left the houseing portion in the ceiling.. worked out great and only took me a few minutes to do..

The fan arrived promptly and fit exactly where the old, dead fan had been. This was a "repair", not new construction. Corrosion and a bad bearing refused to allow the old fan to start.

The fan was easily repalced - works great - simple fan yet functional.

Jet engine is quieter
I HATE this fan. It's a cheap, noisy fan that has higher decibels than a jet engine. I didn't buy one by choice; rather, the contractor who built my house put them in, and I hate them - so much that I'm considering an expensive retrofit to replace them with Panasonics, which rock - very very quiet and better performing.

Much less expensive than fan motor alone
If anybody ever needs a replacement fan motor for one of these just order the whole product it is much cheaper than the fan motor ordered by itself.
