Beauty & Function This was a wonderful purchase. When we remodeled we were able to get rid of the unsightly exhaust and light to make only one hole in our small bathroom ceiling. The light is not too bright but enough for what we need. The fan is fairly quiet and does a much better job than our previous regular vent. Definitely we recommend this to friends, family and others! July 3, 2011

Can the fan and light be operated separately?

You can buy parts to the Broan 754, but you can't really order the fan and light separately.

Can the Broan 754 be installed to replace a fan that is set up for side venting?

The Broan 754 is also a side-vent unit, please refer to the installation instructions for more details!

How many square feet is this designed for?

This item is designed for 70 square feet.
