HRV90 I built an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) house which is extremely airtight. Humidity became an immediate concern as all the water vapor from Refrigerator cooking cleaning dishwasher showers and people could not be exhauster well enough because a fan created negative pressure environment so no air moved unless I opened a window which I was reluctant to do at 18 degrees. THis unit performed perfectly humidity came down to 30% within 12-24 hours and I had to cut it off for comfort reason and have ordered the humidistat controller (highly recommended) THis unit is also able to change its core to a ERV to keep humidity down in the Summer although that is not a problem for me it should lighten my AC workload and make for a more comfortable environment. PS I have allergies and Asthma both of which have improved markerly. January 4, 2011
