Bathroom Fan, Heater, Light, Night-Light, 110 CFM, 0.9 Sones, 1500W Heater
Overpriced for what you get
$300 was a lot of money to pay for such a poorly constructed unit. The mounting brackets are such lightweight sheetmetal they can barely hold the weight of the unit suspended between the rafters. The plastic duct end that attaches to the unit and to your 6 inch duct was cracked on arrival. Attaching it to the unit finished splitting it into 2 pieces. I had to construct my own out of sheetmetal. The wall switch is certainly not worth $25 either & is a pain to wire. You'll need special wire (3 conductors) instead of 2 conductor wire. Between the poor quality of materials & specialized installation required, I'm not really impressed with the product.

This is a great product!
I've installed three of these - two at home and one in our beach cottage - and I'm ordering a fourth one for another bathroom at home (old New England colonial with four full baths so I may be installing a fifth unit in a year or two). I've done all the wiring myself - it's not that difficult if you tag the ends to keep track of which wire goes where - and on each unit installed I've wired a timer for the heater and vent fan. This product is VERY quiet and pulls a lot of air from the room - most times the mirror never fogs during a shower! I've installed using 6" and 4" vent with excellent results.

We LOVE this!!!
Ever since we bought our first heater/light/vent, we vowed never to live without one! No matter where we move (and we've moved three times since our first purchase), we install one of these in any full bath.
There's nothing worse than climbing out of a warm shower into a freezing bathroom. We haven't had to do that in years! We've even installed these in rentals.
All together, we've bought eight of them so far. We've only had one element burn out, & we've never figured out why-all the others are still working great!

Happy with fan
This fan/heater/light was installed by an electrician as part of a total bathroom renovation. Other than I heard no complaints from the electrician, I can't speak to ease of installation. The fan is very quiet compared to the "B-52 bomber" fan that it replaced. The light is sufficient, and the heater is more than sufficient for the small, tub/toilet portion of a Jack and Jill bathroom where it is installed. I used two cool spectrum 100-watt equivalent CFL bulbs rather than the two 60-watt incandescent bulbs recommended for the unit. The lens cover over the bulbs is a true white. I didn't remember that it had a night light until I went to write this review, so I will have to ask the electrician if that requires another switch; sorry I cannot comment on that part of the unit. We like this Broan product and feel that it is worth the price just to get the "quiet." It is a large unit and is probably overkill for a small bathroom like ours, but units with fan/light/heater don't seem to come in smaller sizes. Would recommend this product.

Pros and Con
I've owned this unit for a number of years and find it to be well made with one serious caveat, the heater element burns out in a year. I've had to replace the heater element 3 times in as many years. Pain in the neck pulling the blower and replacing the element. Buyer beware.
