Install Broan RM52300 Installation was a bit tricky - beware the wall and ceiling have to be perfectly square - check with rafter square before you sheetrock and finish the wall - you need 2 people at some times - no big surprises. Great looking and works real nice for what we paid. We searched several places before deciding on this one. June 24, 2010

speedy service My chimney vent arrived to my home in four days . I was very impressed how soon it was shipped to me. Our local Menards took two weeks to get one in! The only downfall is the switch. It is a little hard to slide, and the pilot light is so dim, you can't see its even on. Otherwise a great product! June 3, 2010
