Works great! The ventless fan is a must where vent ducts are not available. Great reliable name brand. I ordered replacement vents to have them on hand, very affordable. September 18, 2011

After extensive searches on the internet, I was very glad to find the replacement filters for my non-vented fan at this site. The fan itself is very small and only useful for venting extremely small rooms, but the service at this site was very efficient. August 1, 2011

How often should the filter be replaced

The Broan S97009563 or any non ducted filter for a range hood should be replaced every 6 months to a year depending on your cooking style. If you cook with a lot of grease, you would want to change it closer to every 6 months, if not then closer to every year.
