Can this product be mounted in a covered porch? There are not screens and would be open to the elements but covered.
A. The Casablanca Atria is ul listed for damp or humid locations. You would be able to have this unit installed in a covered porch.
Our electrician just installed our fan. It is going in a counter-clockwise direction (reverse). Why? Is there a switch to make it go clockwise?
A. The Casablanca Atria has a reversible switch that allows you to change the direction of air flow.
Can the top and bottom lights be turned on and off separtely?
A. The lights on the Casablanca Atria cannot be turned on and off separately.
can you recommend a fan that will add light to a room with a vaulted ceiling? We do not need an outdoor fan but like the style and up and down lighting feature of the Atria. It would be great to find one with a remote too.
A. Cecelia, Thank you for your request. I will be happy to assist you in finding the right fan The one you have showed me is an indoor/outdoor fan, it can be used on sloped ceilings with an adapter. This one does not come with a remote control but a wall control. I have found a few other models that you may like and I will put all in a quote for you along with accessories (if needed) for a sloped ceiling. If you would like to call in and talk to me about these items I will be here till 2pm pst.
The information above here says "(no reverse function)" yet the reply below indicates that there is a reverse switch. Would you please clarify this? Thanks.
A. The Casablanca Atria comes with a wall control that does not have a reverse function, however the fan itself does have this function.
what is the height of this fan with or without the 4 inch rod
A. The Casablanca Atria is 25.8" without the down rod. However it is impossible to install this without the downrod.

Why don't we show the price?
Like many retailers, Build.com can choose to set its own prices independently. And even though manufacturers require Build.com and other retailers to display a product's "minimum advertised price" (or MAP), the retailer can choose to sell for less than that. But the price must be conveyed in other ways, and each individual manufacturer's MAP policy determines where the price can be seen.
To see the price for this product at Build.com, you'll need to place it in your shopping cart, and maybe even proceed to final checkout. If you're not ready to buy the product, simply remove it from the cart.
Build.com apologizes for any inconvenience. We'd just like to offer you the chance to save extra money while we adhere to manufacturers' MAP policies. Build.com is also working to educate manufacturers on how their policies impact customers and their buying behavior.
