Can these be used on BOTH sides of a door? We have French interior doors that have dummy pulls on each side.

The Copper Creek EK2090 is just one knob for one side of the door. You can purchase two if you want to put themon each side of the door.

How do you attach dummy knob to door?

The screws are on the other side of the door. They screw into the inside of the piece that you see.
