The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount cfm depends on what blade span you would like. Compare: 36" to 48" ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 71 to 86 cubic feet per minute per watt at high speed. Compare: 49" to 60" ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 51 to 176 cubic feet per minute per watt at high speed.
The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount ceiling fan is compatible with the Craftmade bowl light kits and complete light kit options.

The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount does come with a pull chain for the motor and light, and the light kit that is pictured is not available on our site but we do have similar versions such as the Craftmade LKE48 or Craftmade LKE77.
The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount only needs the blades and a control is recommended. The mounting arms are included and matched to the finish of the fixture.
The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount is reversible and has three speeds.
The 'F' measurement for the Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount is from ceiling to bottom of light kit, so an overall measurement. The 'I' measurement of 4.85" is from ceiling to bottom of motor, or top of light kit.
The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount can be wired to a wall control.
