So far so goodWe recently installed this faucet as part of a kitchen renovation. Compared to similar designs from other manufacturers, it represents a good value. That said, at ~$320, it's still bloody expensive for a faucet. Of course, this beast (it's pretty massive and tall, as are all high-rise single handle jobs like this) beautifuly complements the other elements of the renovation (read: stainless steel.....how ordinary and, no doubt, the soon-to-be Harvest Gold of the new millenium). So, I guess I musn't complain.
In terms of function, it works well so far (i.e., about 2 weeks since it went into service). The action on the valve control is smooth, exact, and intuitive. Consequently, temperature control is very good. IMHO, the handle is just large enough for the design, but also compact enough to be out of the way. I haven't run into it accidentally yet. The faucet itself pivots at the base, and this action, too, is smooth, not too heavy and not too light. The spray handle works well, though the spray selector, like most, is a little finicky: it wants to see a fairly high flow rate in order to maintain the spray setting. This is not a design flaw, it's my well's laggard pressure tank. Some reviews might moan about the spray handle being constructed of ABS plastic and covered with a metallized plastic sleeve (the sleeve actually might be formed aluminum, but I just can't tell), but all all-metal equivalent would probably weigh about 2.5 lbs, which is a lot to wield for any length of time. Does any manufacturer fashion this part of a pull-out primarily from metal? I doubt it. One final thing, which is my only real gruipe, and it's pretty minor. The pull-out hose could be just about 6" longer or the spring wrap on the hose about 3" shorter-- even though I can easily reach all points in my American Standard Exxon Valdez-sized sink, I'd still like a little more slack....

Great MatchAt first I was hesitant about ordering a brown sink and bronze faucet. But, with the granite that was installed, they look fabulous together. The faucet looks great, but the one flaw it has is that unless you "click" it back in place after pulling out the sprayer, it rests back into place crooked. Several times I've gone to turn it on and it sprays my arm and the counter.

looks greatI love the look of the faucet and the way the handle functions. I wish the pullout had a more strong mechanism to automatically pull it back into place. I also wish that the spray function was stronger. It's quite gentle.

Stylish & modern!I love this faucet! I originally purchased it at a local hardware store for $367 (incl. tax). I immediately came home and found it at Faucet Direct for over $100 cheaper!.. Needless, to say, I ordered the faucet online and returned the overpriced version. I received the faucet within a few days, and it was in flawless condition. I just had it installed a few days ago, and it is gorgeous! It has strong water pressure and pivots easily. The sprayer head pulls in and out easily. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!!!

If you receive the old version of this faucet, watch out. The hose end coupling and shank adapter does not match and it will leak. Have been on the phone with Danze support several times - still waiting for the replacement parts (they also sent me the wrong parts!). Due to the wait I will be without a working kitchen for 2 weeks.
