Soap & Lotion Dispenser from the Fairmont Collection
Just what we wanted
I suspect the reviewer who thought this needed to be filled from beneath didn't read the instructions. This dispenser has a nicely designed top that seals with rubber O-rings. The top can be pulled off to allow for soap refills from above the counter ... just as one would expect.
Also, I've not experienced any drips ... maybe we're just lucky or maybe there's something else...
In any event, this is a fine soap dispenser. The neck is longer than most which allows it to easily reach over the sink basin. It doles out a nice amount of soap and is made of nicely machined metalic parts married to a typical plastic pump. I believe the whole thing can be pulled apart and cleaned in the event it goops up ... but that's a ways off for me at this point in the game.

expensive but attractive
The dispenser looks nice but unfrtunately, the design should be improved especially at the price. It was difficult to shove on the straw properly for the pump to work and the plastic bottle needs to be filled from underneath. I have a chrome soap dispenser in the kitchen which can be filled from the top - it is really simple and much less hassle. I hope they redesign this one. I almost sent it back but it is working fine now and I like it with the faucet.

This soap dispenser was the only one I could find to coordinate with my new Danze faucet. My old soap dispenser was white and matched the Moen faucet that I was replacing.
While the bottle below the sink is smaller, the mechanism above the sink is much larger than the one I replaced. Therefore, it holds less soap. The soap in it, though, is not held well. Every time I use the dispenser, it continues to drip several drips after the squirt is finished.
The other annoying feature is that I must climb under the sink and unscrew the bottle to refill it. All I had to do with the old dispenser was to lift the top and fill from above. Access behind a sink is difficult, and threading it back when I can't see what I'm doing is even more of a challenge.
I consider this a very poor design. I guess it beats a bottle of soap liquid on the back of the sink, though.

I had to replace the one I had as it was too small to get the job done. I love the height and the arched spout. So easy to get dishes under and it reaches out further than the other one so I'm not always hitting my counter to get a little soap. Looks nice with our faucet too. Would definetly recommend this one.

The style is nice although it's not as beefy as it seems pictured. Yet, every morning there is a tablespoon of soap in the sink. Skip this one.

fits the hole
Needed this to fill the hole from a hand spray from my old faucet assy. Looks great. Works great. Easy to fill.
