Hello, the Danze D500058 includes the valve so you're good on this set up. If you find the tub you want in terms of size we can then select the correct tub waste for you. The tub was usually comes with the overflow cap. You'll have to find a tub that will fit your new construction installation. When you select a tub it usually offers a selection of tub wastes. If it does not we would be happy to make a recommendation.
The Danze D560858 or a diverter of some sort is going to be needed. As well as a supply elbow like the D469058.

The Danze D500058 Single Handle Pressure Balanced Tub and Shower Trim with Showerhead includes the necessary rough-in valve while the D500058T would require an additional purchase. Also, the D500058 is available in an Oil-Rubbed Bronze finish which is a little more expensive. This accounts for the greater spread of prices on this model.
I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to when you mention the "screen". Please advise where you are seeing a screen.
Thank you for your inquiry. Typically you use an extension kit if the shower rough in valve is set too far back in the wall.
This system will be a temperature control and on/off functionality only. You will have some adjustment with the showerhead with different spray patterns.
The Danze D500058 does come with an integral lock.
You will want to use the Danze D481350 Shower Arm Diverter in conjunction with your Danze D500058 and D465005 Handshower.
The Extension kit for the shower faucet is D492536.
We do not carry the replacement cartridge for this however you may be able to get it directly from Danze.
The Danze D500058 does have the replacememt cartridge available which is part # A507712. We unfortunately do not carry this cartridge, you may have to order it directly from Danze.
