Thank you for your inquiry. The Delta 57510 Wall Mount Handshower comes with a swiveling (up and down) single wall mount. Delta does offer other handshowers with bar mounts also available for viewing on our site.
The Delta T11853 and its valve would be the best fit for the diverter for that system and the Delta 50560 would be the necessary elbow required for it. Thanks!

The Delta 57510 can work with the shower head from the sirius collection.
The Delta 57510 comes with the 69" long hose, a wall mounting bracket and the handshower. You wont need anything else as long as the wall elbow supply is the same size and compatible with the hose.
The Delta 57510 requires the R11000 for this type of system.
Unfortunately there is no slide bar for the Delta 57510.
The Delta 57510 connects to a wall elbow, not to a shower assembly. It can be used universaly because of this. The wall elbow item # is 50560.
The Delta 57510 is made of metal with plastic parts. The wall bracket is made of metal.
The Delta 57510 is not available in a shorter 36 inch hose.
