Addison Pullout Spray Touch Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O, MagnaTite Docking, Diamond Seal, Multi-Flow and Touch Clean Technologies
This faucet works flawlessly! I am a bit germ phobic so I can hold my hands under our wave action soap bottle and hit the faucet with my forearm and shazzam....I have clean hands and don't have to sanitize the faucet because of touching it with germ hands (like after making hamburger patties)! I have learned to dance with my new faucet and can cook, rinse veggies, clean out the sink and more with just a tap & spray. LOVE the ability to spray or have a stream of water, there is a need for both many times a day. Not to mention how attractive it is. Everyone comments on it and want one after seeing and touching it. Best money I every spent!

The is the best faucet I have ever had. The single thing that I use most often in my daily life is my kitchen faucet and this one works perfectly. The sprayer head goes in and out smoothly. The water turns on and off with the slightest touch of your hand or arm. You can set the handle to the pressure and temperature that you usually use and it stays there until you want to change it, so no fooling with the that every time you turn on the faucet. I like the design and the high arc of the faucet. I have had overnight guests twice since I got it and they all like it so much I think they are going to buy one for themselves. Absolutely worth every penny. I love it.

Touch 2.0 faucet
I bought this for my wife for Christmas. Probably not a very personal gift, but I knew she really wanted it and I had told her there is no way I am spending that kind of money for a kitchen faucet. So it turned out to be a real surprise. I installed it the day after Christmas. It was very easy to install. The instructions were very clear and easy to use. The faucet works just like advertised. My wife is very happy because now she doesn't have to have all the water on the counter from turning off the faucet with the handle. And I get a big kick out of using it as well.

Kitchen Faucet Replacement Project
I purchased two of these Addison Touch2O faucets in Venetian Bronze to replace the legacy faucets for my main and prep sinks.
The packaging was very good, but my initial reaction was somewhat mixed. There are a lot of parts to this faucet! I was also somewhat surprised that the line for the pull-down head was braided plastic and not metal, and that the spray head itself was plastic. I suppose I had anticipated metal all the way around given the price. The rest of the unit is metal and very sturdy.
Initial reactions notwithstanding, I proceeded with the install which was very straight-forward. No plumbing experience needed unless you don't already have the water lines. The hardest part as others have commented, is first removing the old faucet.
Once installed, the faucet is a sight to behold. It is definitely striking, especially in Venetian Bronze. The Touch2O seems to work very well, although I'm still somewhat skeptical of its longevity. The head works great, and I particularly like the MagnaTite docking...what a terrific idea.
Overall, I'm very happy with the units and would definitely purchase again.

I purchased the faucet picutred, it is the best thing I have ever purchased (besides my delta sensor faucet for the bathroom), The installation was very easy. I would highly recommend this faucet and website to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a touch kitchen faucet......

Piece of junk
This is a total piece of junk. The touch feature has not worked since we bought it, and it is incredibly frustrating b/c now it doesn't even work consistently with the handle. It cuts on and off intermittently, and is completely erratic. And Delta does not stand by their products to replace them when they don't work. So we're out probably $500 when you consider the cost of product and installation. Buyer beware!

I have really enjoyed the Delta faucet: it is well made and works just as I had hoped with the touch technology. The cost from FaucetDirect was 40% less than what my plumber could obtain with a five week wait. Service was terrific, less than 5 days from order to delivery. I would rate the faucet itself a 5 star but I haven't had it long enough to evaluate the longevity of the batteries which could be a minor issue. As far as how it actually works, it is everything I had wanted with touch on/off and a single hole installation.

Very interesting product!
Delta really makes the installation easy for you, and if you have reasonable tool skills and you are already set up with somewhat modern, standard water connections and have standard room behind your sinks, this is really a snap. I had all of these, fortunately. I did have to shift a couple of metal clips supporting the bottom mount sinks near the faucet hole to be able to get everything that goes underneath mounted flush the counter top, but that was easy. I wish that Delta had given a few operating hints/tips on exactly how the Touch20 reacts, such as: if you want to adjust the water temp BEFORE the faucet is on, grab the handle, which turns on the water flow and then move it to the temp you desire, then let go, which keeps the water running, then touch either the handle or neck to shut off. If you want to adjust the temp AFTER the water is already running, grasp and hold the handle, move it to the temp you want, let go and it will still flow. It takes a few uses to get used to the right touch and how it will react, but after a day or two it seems second nature. The 1.5 gal/minute normal flow @ 60 psi seemed low numerically, but it really is forceful and you can temporarily boost it even further with a switch on the spray head. Be aware the the Delta warranty on the Touch20 faucets is 5 years, rather than lifetime as on the non-electronic versions. This is really an interesting faucet that has people fascinated and somewhat envious. As to long term maintenance, everything is pretty modular in the electronics and water flow areas, so if something does go wrong, you can replace pretty easily. If necessary, you can temporarily bypass the electronics while you wait for a replacement part, or even permanently remove them and have a "normal" faucet - they give you directions on how to do this as well.

I like the product but it takes some getting used to. If you touch it accidentally it will turn off when you don't want it to. Also, because of the arc of the faucet, when you pull out the sprayer, it takes a little effort to get it back into the faucet mechanism. The touch technology does come in handy when you don't want to touch the handle because your hands are dirty.

Good but quirky
I love the automatic touch feature, although the faucet is a little quirky. It sometimes goes on by itself when I'm not even near it. I have to do some jiggling of wires underneath the sink to get it right. That lasts for awhile but then it starts up again. Overall, however, I do like it.
