Great product
I ordered this product after reading other reviews and have found that it is very attractive and easy to use. The touch feature is nice, especially when your hands are messy. It does take a slightly firm touch to turn it on or off and I have not experienced any issues with it coming on or going off when I didn't want it to. Also, it is very easy to operate manually. The pull-down sprayer is easy to use. I am very pleased with the product. I also was very pleased with the price and quick shipping of this faucet.

My New Play Toy
Love the faucet. Haven't had it very long but so far so good. Alleviates drips around the base of the faucet now that I don't have to turn the water on and off with my wet hands. Looks sharp also. Find my husband just standing at the sink touching the facet on and off.

A Big Mistake.
Thought it would be a great product when purchased but boy was I mistaken, the faucet goes off at the drop of a hat, you pull the spray head out and the water stops, put it back in and the water stops, hit the soap dispenser and and the water stops, a few times the water stopped by just walking away from the sink, I've had guests who refuse to use the sink because they can't take the water constantly stopping. This has to be the worst product I ever purchased and it will be replaced asap. I'm serious do not buy this product you will regret it every time you use it as I do.

Very satisfied
We bought this faucet to go along with a full kitchen facelift. I could not have been happier with it. The finish is beautiful. The high arch style not only looks nice, but is also practical. It allows for large pots to be placed below it. The touch on-off feature is an excellent idea. It is so nice to have when my hands have been preparing something in the kitchen, and I don't want to touch the handle. The only thing that I maybe didn't like: The pullout sprayer is plastic. But that might be because metal would be too heavy of a weight on the faucet.

Love this faucet
The problems I read in other reviews have been solved with this model. Absolutely wonderful, love the color and convenience. My mother-in-law likes it so much that she is buying one, too! The only problem I've encountered is touching the faucet at work to turn it on, only to remember its not a Touch2O.

Great faucet
My plumber gave me a look when I showed him what to install...but he did a good job. It is just a little tricky. The faucet is really neat.....just touch it and there it goes! I like it alot.

Love the faucet just not sure it was the right choice for my sink. It extends a little to close to the outside edge of the sink and so when I place things under the faucet it sprays on me and the front side of the sink. Love the touch on and off but it did take some time to get used to.

amazing product
We brought this as something special to finish off the kitchen. Whilst some people comment on the double touch and accidently touching it, we have found it to be excellent when your cooking or come in from outside and can just touch the body to start the spray. The swival functionality is effortless. It takes a while to install but worth it. Maybe the next version they have a longer lead to the battery pack as your rather limited where to place.

Perfect match
The touch faucet is the perfect match for our new kitchen. It works as advertised and looks great.

20 Questions from the CommunityHave a question about the Delta 980T-DST? Ask it here What is expected battery life?Does the faucet move to go to different areas in the sink or is it stationary? What is the difference between faucet 980T-SS-DST which is offered in stainless and 980T-DST offered in chrome?Which finish retains its "sheen-new-look" better, chrome or stainless?A. Both chrome and stainless retain a newness look to them without a lot of upkeep. The only difference would be that the chrome is shiny and the stainless is a matte look. If you are looking for a sheen-new look, we suggest the Chrome as it has a lot more shine within the finish. Can this faucet be turned from one side to the other to work on each side of a two-bowl sink?Is the Pilar available without the touch20?Does it come in a bronze finish? Please clarify if this faucet can be physically swivel back and forth to use between the double sink or only the pull out spray can be used to move about? Can I expect to use the fittings on a granite countertop, or may I run into problems with fittings not being long enough? Is venetian bronze anything like oil rubbed bronze?A. Thank you for your question. Yes, Venetion Bronze is very similar to Oil Rubbed Bronze, Venetion Bronze has a much more even finish, whereas Oil Rubbed has portions that are darker/lighter etc. Please let me know if you have any further questions. can the batteries be replaced after the 2 years life span??what is the difference between brushed nickel and stainless steelwhat is the difference between brushed nickel and stainless steelI have a 5 hole Kohler sink, will this faucet work on it? If not, what type of sink would we need to install? What type of battey is used? Is it a common type that can be easily found at local stores or is it a proprietary type that can only be purchased through your distributors?Does the spray stay on without holding the button?Do you have to use the Touch2o, or can you leave the batteries out and use it as a standard faucet?Do I need an electrical outlet?I have a sink with 4 holes. I see that I could cover a 3rd hole with the soap dispenser. But is there a cover plug or ? to cover the 4th hole?Electrically speaking, can a touch20 faucet be installed on a cast iron sink?Technical Specs
