Breez 130 CFM Humidity Sensor Exhaust Fan, 1.2 Sones
Really moves the air
We upgraded our fan from the original builders fan in a bathroom with a skylight. We had reoccuring problems with condensation buildup and dripping due to inadequate ventilation. Once we installed this fan the humidity is under control. Mirror barely has any steam on it after a hot shower now. Quiet operation and speed dependent on humidity level. Only issue is that we would like the fan to operate on low speed any time the switch is on and then ramp up as humidity rises. The way it is designed however is to only operate on low if the humidity is over a certain level meaning it may not operate when bathroom occupied. This requires us to educate guests about its operation prior to using.

Will purchase another
Works great and is very quiet. Only con. Is that in humidity mode it runs very slow after humidity is 50 but never shuts off as others have stated. I put a humidity sensor in room and ran a dehumidifier until it got to 40 but it still ran on slow. With this said I still plan to purchase another for 2nd bathroom. Works great and quiet compared to others I have heard.

I have only been using this fan for a few weeks now but it has been great. It starts out slowly when the bathroom starts to get steamy and increases the more steam I produce. I have yet to have a fogged mirror!
It is louder that I thought it would be, but much more quiet than the old one we took out.
Can't say anything about the install because we were remodeling and had the professionals do it.
The only problem I have had is making sure everyone leaves the switch in the auto-on position.

Very pleased with the product. Had someone else install it and it works great. Took out all the steam from the bathroom and is real quiet.

Not as quiet as it states
This fan works good for getting humidity out. It does seem to run on the high setting at all times though and it is NOT quiet. I would put the scones above 2.0 vs the 1.2 they claim. I wanted a quiet fan and have nto been impresssed with this portion of it.

The fan is very powerful. I have just over 40 feet of duct until I hit the outside wall. I didn't think it would be powerful enough. Well, once I got everything hooked up, I went out to check it. As soon as I came around the corner, I could see the grass being blown from the fan (The exhaust is 4 feet off the ground). It is also very quiet. I don't have anything to measure the sones. So, I am not sure if it is the 1.2 as stated or 2 as others have mentioned. However, it is a lot quieter and much more powerful than the cheap ones the builder put in. The only thing I am not crazy about is the humidity sensor. I wish there was a way to permanently bypass it. I installed the fan in a bathroom that guests will be using. With that said, I will simply put it on a switch that I will just keep on so my guests won't have to turn it on, off, and back on to bypass the humidity sensor. The fan is also easy to install.

So far it's perfect!
I needed a fan that is efficient at handling my son's epic, steam bath like showers without leaving it on all day, nor having to add a separate piece of equipment (a humidistat) to do so ... This is the only fan that does it all. I'm extremely happy with the product. The only thing I would change about it is adding a light feature to it.

When the motor burned out on our old exhaust fan (what the builders installed), we thought we will just replace the motor. Needless to say, that was a mistake. For almost the same price, we purchased this fan and it is so awesome!!!! We couldn't be happier with it. It's extremely quiet and works perfect.

Best Purchase ever
I installed this is my bathroom in my manufacture house with only about foot and half clearance between the ceiling and the roof from the inside .
The hard part was getting the old one and it is as quite as stated.
I would buy another one !
