What is the diameter of the plate and what is the center to center measurement of the screws?

The Delta RP31556: diameter of the plate: 3",center to the center measurement of the screws: 1.94"

Is this a center screw mount ?

The Delta RP31556 is not center screw mount. It mounts with two screws. I have uploaded a photo for reference.
