We can for the tub but it looks like it will come as a entire tub waste, meaning you will be paying for the pipes that takes the water away. For the sink faucets, the drain should be included unless you're getting a vessel faucet then you will need to order i separate, but there's one available.
The Delta T14492 has a diverter on the tub spout.
The brilliance stainless finish is not exactly the same as brushed nickel. It is similar, but not quite the same.
