4" x 4" Plain Bearing 5/8" Radius Corners Mortise Hinge - Pair
Good Quality and Fit for the Price
I ordered 4 pairs of these hinges for a double 8 ft entrance door to match a new satin nickel lockset. The product arrived quickly and I am satisfied with the quality for $8-pair.
Another reviewer mentioned the hinges do not fold completely closed. Mine close completely. Of course there is a small gap close to the hinge pin, but this is typical of all door hinges.
The product description has an attached spec sheet showing an arc 4 hole pattern. This is not accurate.
However one the the answered questions states the pattern is zig-zag. Unfortunately the exact pattern is not stated but I took a chance anyway. 2 holes on each half of the hinge matched my existing pattern so I had to drill pilot holes for 4 holes on each hinge. Since I could mount the hinges using the matching holes, this took about 5 minutes per hinge. Not a problem.
For the record, the 4 mounting holes are on 1 inch centers (top to bottom) and setback 3/8" and 3/4" (from the long edge away from the hinge pin) in a zig-zag pattern.

These hinges were bought to replace a set of Schlage hinges because the staggered hole pattern is difficult to find. One of the four hinges was so discolored and blemished that it was unusable. More importantly, the hinge design does not allow for the hinge to close flush - there is not enough material to wrap around the pin. The plates are not parallel (flush) when fully closed. When the two hinge sides parallel, there is a gap of almost 1/8 inch between the two plates - pushing the door away from the door frame by the same amount. The only way for most people to use these hinges is to plane down the opposite side of the door (where the latch/lock is). Deltana saved pennies but the hinge is now worthless to me.,
