The Designers Fountain 1751-RT can be used indoors or outdoors. You just dont want to use a indoor fixture outdoors.

Unfortunately we do not have that dimension for the Designers Fountain 1751-RT center to top of hook. The item dimensions are: 7 1/4" w, 14 1/2" h, 9" ext

The Designers Fountain 1751-RT is made from cast aluminum.

Where is the switch on this onion lantern? Wondering if I can use it over the bedside table, reach up and turn it off via a plate mounted switch

The Designers Fountain 1751-RT must be hardwired. There is not switch on the unit.
