Do bulbs come with base?

The Designers Fountain 4154-CHB does not include the light bulbs in the picture.

the ring around the socket is it brass or chrome? Also can you just purchase the ring that is all I need

The Designers Fountain 4154-CHB has a brass socket, unfortunately, this part can not be purchased separately.
