is the bottom of the light open or close?

What is the length of this light?

There is no length specified per manufacturer, but the dimensions are 11" w. and 19" h.

Is the bottom open? So that you may change the light bulb from bellow without unscrewing the fixture?

The Designers Fountain ES2394 does not have an open bottom.

Is there a matching up light that matches or would go with this pendant light that goes with #ES23394 Designers Fountain or something in Oil rubbed bronze finish?

Is the chain 6' long on the model. If I need a longer chain can additional length be purchased.
