Dolan Designs 493 3 Light Bathroom Light Fixture

The Dolan Designs 493 is one of our most popular bathroom light fixtures. This three light fixture has a traditional look and comes in chrome, royal bronze, and satin nickel finishes. This fixture can be used with a 100 watt incandescent light bulb or up to a 26 watt CFL to save energy.

Nice Chrome 3 Light Bathroom Fixture The shades on this three light fixture are very nice, frosted white glass, no imperfections. The chrome bar however, as was mentioned in another review, has a few spots where the chrome is flecked off or bubbly, very very small spots, not noticeable until you run your hand over it. I thought the price was a little bit high for the quality, but overall a good looking light fixture. August 19, 2011

Dolan 3 bulb brushed nickel bath light Unit is nicely finished, no rough spots or other imperfections. No set screws needed to secure globes. Well packaged, no damage shipping from west coast to east coast. Plenty of light with 60W bright white compact cfl's. Just ordered a second one for our other bathroom. June 4, 2011

Beautiful Light Fixture We remodeled our entire guest bath using most of the products from lightingdirect and faucetsdirect. In all cases, shipping was fast, and the products were packed well. The fixture was easy to put up and looks much more expensive than it is. January 3, 2011

Trouble with Finish Beautiful design & very reasonable price. However...The first light we got, the chrome was peeling off the front of one whole side. The second light we ordered as a replacement had a ding on the back side but we kept it anyway. The price is good and if you can deal with the possible damages, it is a good buy for the money. However if you're looking for a perfect light, go somewhere else. October 22, 2010

Perfect fit for my bathroom lighting We purchased the Dolan Designs 493 lighting and it has worked out great for our bathroom remodel project. For the light bulbs, I purchased the 13 watt CFL lights that replace 60watt regular bulbs. I got them at Costco. February 28, 2010

Classic & elegant Classic with modern touch. Milk glass is so pretty. I looked at Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware, and found similar styles, but for 2x as much $$ or more. I love this lamp and am very, very pleased with my purchase. June 1, 2009

Lite is a cloan for pottery barn I fell in love with a lite from Pottery Barn for more then twice the money. I saw this and ordered it thinking it would be OK I could live with it for the $$$$ I paid, but when I received it, I LOVED it. I really could not tell the lites apart. Is the width from end of glass shade to end of glass shade or does width represent bar width?

The Dolan Designs 493 25" width is the overall measurement (from shade to shade).

what is the size of the round plate that covers the electrical box? Can this style be used over a dressing table instead of a bar light? I have a 48" inch wide mirror. Tired of the bar but I may need to have the mirror cut shorter to fit the newer lights.
