Anodized aluminum profiles and guide rails
Designed to install against finished walls

All DreamLine shower enclosures are made of tempered glass combined with anodized aluminum profiles. Enclosure glass may be installed on custom tiled bases or for streamlined installation may be combined with optional DreamLine™ shower bases. DreamLine shower enclosures are designed for installation against finished acrylic or tiled walls.

overall good This is a review after more than 1 year of use. Designed very well. Looks very good. Installation was easy. Problem: one of the bottom wheels fell off and obviously the door became unsteady. I called 'bathauthority' (the manufacturer). They sent me a replacement ($10+$5 shipping). The way it is built each door has 2 double wheel systems on top and on the bottom. When I changed the wheel system i noticed that remaining wheel is not rotating too. My guess is that rust in the wheel stopped the rotation and unscrewed the missing wheel. I emailed the suggestion to use rust resistant wheels. The answer was to wipe every wheel after each use. That is 8 double wheel systems, total of 16 wheels. BTW, to access the wheels you need to remove the doors, because the wheels are inside the frame when mounted. So we have a hidden maintenance fee of $15 per wheel. The question is how fast they rust. Do I need to change them every year or two? Then it is $120 a year. Still better than asking my daughter to remove the doors each time she takes a shower. May 18, 2011

THE DOORS WERE NOT SO DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. THE DECORATIVE COVERS FOR THE WHEELS ARE A THIN PLASTIC, ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW THESE HOLD UP. August 25, 2010

What base would be recommended for this shower door.

You can pair DreamLine SHEN-7035356-FR with Dreamline SHTR-7036360 shower tray.

Which size receptor goes with this shower door? I don't see a 34" option available.

Dreamline recommends the SHTR-7036360 shower receptor. The receptor will be slightly larger than the door.
