Mini MR11 Downlight with Diecast Aluminum Gimbal Ring

Elco's Mini Recessed downlights are an excellent source wherever a small powerful light is needed. The Mini lights may be recessed mounted. They can be dimmed with a low voltage electronic dimmer. They can also be used with remote transformers. Elco has designed a wide variety of trims to go with the mini downlights.

Includes 3"High miniature thermally protected housing.
Lamp: 12V 20W MR11 halogen lamp (Not Included).
ETL Listed for remote transformer.
Cutout: 2-3/8"

Can I direct wire these to a switch? If so do i need a transformer?

The Elco E222 can not be direct wired. They are low volatage and require a transformer. They can be dimmed with a low voltage electronic dimmer.

What transformer local located (above a cabinet) do you reccomend for 2 E222 MR 11 20 watt lights? Is the snap in can and gimbal ring trim included in the E222?

The Elco E222 is used with a MR-11 bulb, and the gimbal ring and snap in can are included with the trim. Using two pieces at a time would be the ETR50.

Is the transformer included?

The Elco E222 is does not come with a transformer.

Can this fixture be recessed?

The Elco E222 can be recessed.
