Do these come in biger sizes , like 7" long x 5" wide in black with white plastic windows, and price?

The Elco ELST73 does not come in any other sizes, unfortunately.

I see that the light is 12v. Does this use a regular 120v supply, or do you have to install a transformer as well?

The Elco ELST73 is designed to be used with a transformer.

Can these be used outside on deck steps in the Midwest? How are they installed?

The Elco ELST73 can't be used outside. They are installed in a single gang electrical box.

Can these be used vertically?

The Elco ELST73 can be installed vertically.

Do these come in bigger sizes?

The Elco ELST43 is a larger version of the ELST73.
