Is a satin nickel canopy included?

The Elk Lighting 20001/1 does include the canopy.

Can you please clarify the colors of "Creamy Mint"?

The Elk Lighting 20001/1 base color is off white, cream and accent color is mint green.

what is misty lavender (shade color)--is there actually lavender?

The Elk Lighting 20001/1 in Misty Lavender is a light purple color.

Does the "Smoke" finish have any blue in it? Or is it just black?

The Smoke finish for the Elk Lighting 20001/1 has flecks of a very dark blue.
